On December 13th, students wore holiday sweaters to school for York Mills’ spirit week presented by student council. This was the last day to dress up to win a prize and show your school spirit.

STUCO SPIRIT WEEK: TWIN DAY

Every year, York Mills’ Student Council hosts a spirit week filled with dress up as various themes and it is always a great success. The first day to ease into STUCO’s spirit week was Pyjama Day. Day 2 of Spirit Week was a highly anticipated and exciting day of students and teachers dressing up as each other. Twin Day consisted of pairs and groups of friends (and actual twins) wearing matching clothes to twin with each other throughout the day.
Winter Wonderland At York Mills

With twinkling lights overhead, the sound of holiday music bouncing off the wall, the amazing smell of various food, the taste of warm, mulled drinks, and the laughter and holiday cheers of students the cafeteria was completely transformed into Winter Wonderland on Thursday, December 13.
