One of the many clubs offered in York Mills includes the Cozy Project. They consist of a group of generous and hardworking students that devote their time to helping the homeless. Their goal is to raise money to provide necessities for the homeless, especially for the long and cold winter in Canada. I had the opportunity to interview one of the members in the Cozy Project.
Q: What does your club do and what is your goal for the future?
A: “Our goal is to raise money to make care packages to assist the homeless.”
Q: How many members are in the club and who is the club head?
A: “We have 6 members and our club head is Natasha De Silva.”
Q: How can the students of York Mills help the Cozy Project achieve their goal?
A: “The students can help by supporting our fundraisers.”
We hope that every student at York Mills will support the Cozy Project and help them raise money to reach their goal!
